In the end, its all about Values.. Says ‘S/o SatyaMurthy’

By

So, it’s been a year that I last saw our Tollywood’s Stylish Star, Allu Arjun’s Race Gurram hitting theatres that was bound to be s super duper hit. The year 2015 is no less. Arjun is back with ‘S/o of SatyaMurthy’ directed by the immensely talented, Trivikram. As such, I making rounds to the theatres is expected šŸ˜€

Amidst my struggles in successfully getting tickets for me and my sister, I finally booked one in Asia’s Biggest Theatre, Prasad’s IMAX that only added to my brewing excitement. And the day arrived. Guess, I used my weekend well. It was our first at Prasad’s and then we were there waiting eagerly for the movie to begin.

With as-always spectacular entry of our Style Icon, the movie began on an impressive note. Mr. S/o SatyaMurthy is a handsome son of a generous and kind-hearted father who grew to riches from rags, you can say. He hasn’t let his kids know what sufferings are all about. He is a famous personality in the town about whose character the whole town is proud of. And one fine day, this awesome personality faces untimely death that leaves Arjun speechless and emotionless, the impact of which is what the plot carries forward. In the end, the movie portrays how values make you win over others. No matter how grave is the situation, one must never forget his/her values. They differentiate you from others. Prakash Raj’s few dialogues in the movie left me thinking. Naice Scripting!

No doubt about the story direction and plot. Music as is known has been topping the charts. My personal favorite is ‘Seethakalam’ that just keeps on looping in my mind all over again. There was indeed a drag at some point in time but that gets compensated as the story progresses. Allu Arjun appears slim over his last movie. And as usual, his unique dance movie are treat to the eyes. Though less, but enjoyed to the core. His dressing sense has been extraordinary. Samantha is in her usual form. Nitya’s role was a twist in the tale. Probably for the first, she broke that common notion of a bubbly cheerful girl to enact the role of a villian’s sister. Sneha’s presence was refreshing. She maintained her charm Ā and charisma. However, there was one more utterly cute personality in the film who kept our attention dragged – it was theĀ on-screenĀ niece of Arjun. She was a darling!

Overall, an awesome experience. Prasad’sĀ theatreĀ lent to the overall movieĀ theatreĀ experience. Worth it!

Highly Recommend to watch in theatres that are already going houseful, if you haven’t.
