The title might be misleading but I am here to talk about our Tollywood’s Natural Star – Nani’s latest flick – Gentleman with an interesting sub-title – ‘Hero or Villian?’.

With an interesting yet a little obscure trailer, it definitely aroused the interest in this movie.

Okay, so the movie starts with the two heroines – Niveditha Thomas as Katherine and Surabhi as Aishwarya in a flight who happen to share their respective love stories during their travel. This takes us to the flashback about their love lives. Coincidently, both of their lovers are strikingly similar in appearance which Niveditha comes to know about at a later point in time. The plot then turns into a suspense due to the sudden demise of Katherine’s boyfriend along with a high profile death. The story now witnesses Katherine trying to make sense out of the things she witnesses, until the truth is revealed to her towards the end.

Overall, a well-knit story and the ‘Ashtachamma’ charm is weaved again. Quite realistic especially with the natural performances by Nani and Niveditha. Nani was no less a reflection of a gentleman in both of his portrayed roles. Niveditha was charismatic and did justice to the role. Surabhi was equally good. Good background score, great picturesque and very relevant humor in the mixture.

Interesting watch that grips one till the end!
